I want to teach my students how
To live this life on earth
To face its struggles and its strife
And improve their worth
Not just the lesson in a book
Or how the rivers flow
But how to choose the proper path
Wherever they may go
To understand eternal truth
And know the right from wrong
And gather all the beauty of
A flower and a song
For if I help the world to grow
In widsom and in grace
Then I shall feel that I have won
And I have filled my place
And so I ask your guidance, God
That I may do my part
For character and confidence

قبل از هر چیز برایت آرزو میکنم که عاشق شوی ،

و اگر اینگونه نیست ، تنهاییت کوتاه باشد ،

I wish then that it wasn’t like this
but if it is,
you could be a person
without desperation
آرزومندم که اینگونه پیش نیاید. اما اگر پیش آمد ،
بدانی چگونه به دور از ناامیدی زندگی کنی.
I wish also that you have friends
Even bad and inconsequence ones,
They should be strong
and loyal to you.
and at least you have one
in whom you could trust
without doubting
برایت همچنان آرزو دارم دوستانی داشته باشی.
از جمله دوستان بد و ناپایدار
برخی نادوست و برخی دوستدار.
که دست کم یکی در میانشان بی تردید مورد اعتمادت باشد
I wish you have enemies.
Not many or not too little
Just in the right number.
so that you will have to question
Your own certainties,
and truths as well
برایت آرزو مندم که دشمن نیز داشته باشی.
نه کم و نه زیاد ، درست به اندازه.
تا گاهی باورهایت را مورد پرسش قراردهند تا که زیاده به خود مغرور نشوی
دست کم یکی از آنها اعتراضش به حق باشد
I wish you were useful
But not irreplaceable
And in your bad moments,
When you don’t have anything else
This usefulness is enough
To keep you standing
آرزو مندم مفید فایده باشی ، نه خیلی غیر ضروری.
تا در لحظات سخت، وقتی دیگر چیزی باقی نمانده است،
همین مفید بودن کافی باشد تا تو را سرپا نگه دارد
So equally,
I wish you to be tolerant
Not with those that make little mistakes
Because that is easy,
But with those that make a lot of mistakes
For this will be of no remedy.
And make good use of this tolerance,
To set example for others.
همچنین برایت آرزومندم صبور باشی ،
نه با کسانی که اشتباهات کوچک میکنند.
چون این کار ساده ای است ، بلکه با کسانی که اشتباهات بزرگ
و جبران ناپذیر میکنندو با کاربرد درست صبوریت برای دیگران نمونه شوی.
I wish that being young,
You don’t mature too quickly
And once you’re mature,
Don’t insist in getting younger.
And when you’re old,
Don’t make despair
Because each age
Has its pain and pleasure.
And these are necessary
To have them influence amongst us.
امیدوارم اگر جوان هستی ، خیلی به تعجیل ،
رسیده نشوی. و اگر رسیده ای ، به جوان نمائی اصرار نورزی .
و اگر پیری ،تسلیم نا امیدی نشوی
چرا که هر سنی خوشی و ناخوشی خودش را دارد .

در ضمن برایت آرزو میکنم که حداقل یکبار در روز ناراحت شوی
و در این روز از تو میخواهم تا بفهمى دوست داشتن هر روز چه خوب است
و خنده مدام ملال آور است و یک بیمارى.
I wish that you discover
With a maximum urgency
That above and inspite of everything,
There are people around you
Who are depressed,
Unhappy and are treated unjustly.
امیدوارم هر چه سریعتر بفهمى که على رغم همه اینها ،
در اطراف تو کسانى هستند که افسرده و
غمگین اند و با آنها منصفانه رفتار نمیشود.
I wish that you caress a cat,
You feed a bird
And listen to its chirp as well,
As it sings triumphantly
Its early morning song.
Because in this way,
You will feel good for nothing.
امیدوارم سگی را نوازش کنی ، به پرنده ای دانه بدهی و
به آواز یک سهره گوش کنی ، وقتی که آوای سحرگاهیش را سر میدهد.
چراکه به این طریق به رایگان احساس زیبایی خواهی یافت .

sowing a seed
Even if it is very little.

Because it is needed to be practical.
And at least once a year,
Put some of these money infront of you
And say “This is mine only”:
So it is very clear
Who owns who.
به علاوه امیدوارم پول داشته باشی ، زیرا در عمل به آن نیازمندی.
و سالی یکبار پولت را جلو رویت بگذاری و بگویی" این مال من است.

I wish the demise
of any of your love ones,
And if some of them die,
You could cry without lament
And without feeling guilty.
همچنین مرگ یکی از عزیزانت را برایت آرزو میکنم،که ا
گر یکی از آنها از این دنیا رفت بتوانى بدون احساس گناه گریه کن

پسر بچه: همسن خودم.

1. معمولاً تکیه هر کلمه روی ریشه کلمه است. غالباً در اسمها چون ریشه کلمه در بخش اول می باشد تکیه روی بخش اول است.

12. در اسامی مرکب (noun + noun) تکیه روی بخش اول است.

13. در ترکیب (noun + adjective ) استرس روی اسم قرار دارد .

14. هرگاه بخشی از کلمه صدای اِ کوتاه /ə/ بدهد آن بخش از کلمه دارای تکیه نیست و تکیه روی بخش دیگر است.

15. ضمائر، حروف تعریف، حروف اضافه و افعال Modal و کلمات مخفف دارای تکیه ضعیف هستند.

16. در ترکیباتی که با good شروع می شود مانند good bye استرس روی کلمه بعدی است.
